12. Emulating a Pix Payment

To simulate a Pix Automático payment, please generate a transaction in the sandbox environment. This will generate a Pix QR code that you can scan with your mobile device’s camera, similar to the one shown below. You will then be redirected to a mock banking environment to complete the full payment experience. Do not use your real banking app to pay this QR code.
