A Boleto Bancário is valid for a specific number of calendar days. By default we have set all your Boleto Bancários to 5 calendar days. You can alter this general setting at the PagBrasil Dashboard, menu Account > Settings. Alternatively, you can set an individual expiration period for any specific order via the corresponding API function (see item 4.1, parameter bol_expiration). We strongly recommend that you send the end customer a payment reminder by e-mail including the boleto URL for every boleto that is about to expire and has not yet been paid.
